Every Ventic order is made under one roof in Sialkot, Pakistan — cutting, sublimation printing, embroidery, stitching, quality inspection and packing all happen in-house, so no stage of your order is outsourced or out of sight.

From mockup approval to your door.
Every order follows the same fixed path — you always know which stage your kit is at, and we share tracking the moment it leaves Sialkot.

Mockup Approval
Nothing is made until you approve the digital mockup — colors, logos, names and numbers exactly as they will be produced.

Sampling
For new designs, a physical sample is produced first and sent by express courier so you can check the fabric, fit and finish in hand.

Bulk Production
Your full order goes into production — a minimum of 6–7 days from mockup approval for standard runs, scheduled with you in the quote.

Quality Check
Every piece is inspected — print alignment, stitching, sizing and finishing — before it is cleared for packing.

Packing
Pieces are folded, poly-bagged and packed into export cartons, labeled and counted against your size breakdown.

DDP Shipping
Door-to-door delivery with duties handled and tracking shared with you — by DHL, FedEx or UPS express, air freight or sea freight.

Every order leaves our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan. We coordinate dispatch for international buyers — from a single sample to full bulk production — and agree the shipping method with you before your order is confirmed.
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
Door-to-door delivery with import duties and taxes handled as part of the arrangement. Your order arrives at your address ready to receive — no separate customs clearance to organize on your side.
Express Couriers — DHL · FedEx · UPS
The quickest route for samples and small orders. Sample pieces and compact shipments travel door-to-door by international express courier.
Air Freight
For bulk orders on a tighter schedule. Consolidated air cargo to your nearest international airport, with onward delivery coordinated from there.
Sea Freight
The economical route for large bulk volumes. Full cartons shipped by sea, planned around your season, launches and stock schedule.
Door-to-Door Coordination
One point of contact from dispatch to delivery. We coordinate pickup, paperwork and hand-offs — you deal with Ventic, not a chain of carriers.

Shipping FAQs
How are samples shipped?
Samples and small orders usually travel by express courier — DHL, FedEx or UPS — so you can check quality, fit and finishing before committing to a bulk run. Share your delivery address in the quote request and we will arrange the courier with you.
What are the shipping options for bulk orders?
Bulk orders can move by air freight when the schedule is tight, or by sea freight for larger volumes where economy matters most. Tell us your quantity, destination and target date in the quote request, and we will recommend the route that fits.
What does DDP mean?
DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid: your order is delivered to your door with import duties and taxes handled as part of the delivery arrangement, so you do not need to organize customs clearance separately. If you prefer DDP, mention it when you request your quote.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. When your order is dispatched, we share the shipment tracking details with you, and our team stays in contact until the delivery is complete.
How much will shipping cost?
There is no flat rate — cost depends on the shipping method, the total weight and volume, and your destination. It is calculated for your exact order and confirmed in your quotation before you commit to anything.
